Robert Reed is sharing his years of experience and knowledge again live on BBC Breakfast to shed some light onto a recent publication by Rightmove about the current fluctuations in the property market.

Rightmove published a report this week that brought attention to some interesting data collected by the company. Miles Shipside who is the director of Rightmove stated that: “January was its busiest month ever with home – hunters spending over 1.1 billion minutes on the site’, this is a staggering amount of time. Furthermore, information published in the report showed that there is greater buoyancy in the Midland with average prices rising by around 5% compared to last year.
